Control access to personal data with Redact PII
The Redact PII setting lets account admins control which team members can see visitor emails, phone numbers and other personal details. PII stands for personally identifiable information.
Tracklution always automatically hashes contact data before sending it to ad platforms. The Redact PII setting only controls whether personal details are visible to team members in the Tracklution interface. It does not change how data is sent to ad platforms.
The setting is managed individually for each user in each company, so you can tailor access to each team member’s needs.
How to change a team member’s access
- Open User Management.
- Find the team member in the relevant company.
- Set the Redact PII switch:
- On: Personal details are hidden from that team member.
- Off: The team member can see personal details.
Account admins can change this setting at any time. Turn it off to restore access to personal details, or turn it back on to hide them again.
If a team member belongs to multiple companies, manage their setting separately for each company.
