This May, we’ve released two new updates focused on reducing manual work and improving data quality across your tracking setup, helping you automate more of your workflows while keeping the data flowing into your campaigns cleaner and more reliable:

🤖 Tracklution MCP: connect your AI assistant directly to Tracklution

🛡️ Automated bot traffic blocking with Bot Score + Event Block Rules

🤖 Tracklution MCP

Tracklution now supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), allowing AI assistants to connect directly to your Tracklution account.

Once connected, the assistant can query tracking data, inspect containers and connectors, validate setups, troubleshoot tracking issues, and even install Tracklution directly through AI-assisted coding workflows.

For example, you can ask questions like:

  • “How did my website perform last week?”
  • “Which source drove the most purchases?”
  • “What connectors are active on this container?”
  • “Install Tracklution tracking on my website”

The MCP integration works with AI tools that support MCP connections and gives direct access to your Tracklution analytics environment through natural language.

🛡️ Automated Bot Traffic Blocking

Tracklution now supports bot-score-based Event Block Rules.

Tracklution’s bot detection engine analyzes traffic using browser signals, automation fingerprints, traffic patterns, and other server-side + client-side indicators. Each visitor session receives a bot score between 0 and 1.

You can now use this score directly in Event Block Rules to automatically block likely bot traffic before it reaches your reports, analytics tools, or ad platforms.

This is useful for:

  • Filtering fake conversions and spam traffic
  • Improving ad platform signal quality
  • Cleaning up GA4 and attribution reporting
  • Blocking suspicious automated traffic automatically

Feature reminder 👇🏻

Event Block Rules is a useful feature that lets you block unwanted events based on specific conditions. Now, you can combine multiple conditions within a single rule, making it much easier to exclude unwanted data with precision, whether it's internal traffic, low-value events, or specific edge cases.

Wrap Up

These updates bring more automation and smarter data handling to Tracklution.

From connecting AI assistants directly through MCP to automatically filtering bot traffic with Event Block Rules, you now have more control over both your setup and the quality of data flowing into your campaigns.

Less manual work, cleaner signals, and more reliable optimization data.

As always, happy tracking. 👋🏻
