Emma has spent the past several years specialising in building, automating, and optimising customer-success operations. Her diverse experience includes designing effective onboarding flows, improving sales-to-CS handoff processes, developing sophisticated churn-analysis and health-scoring systems, and managing a portfolio of more than 300 customer accounts. She has also delivered tailored training sessions for a wide range of audiences and supported revenue growth through strategic renewals and customer enablement.
