Data Hosting and Encryption
Tracklution’s platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with primary data centers located in Northern Europe (Stockholm). Additional data residency options are available upon request. All data is encrypted using industry best practices, both at rest and in transit via SSL/TLS (HTTPS) protocols.
Access Controls and Authentication
Access to your data is governed by strict access control policies. We enforce strict Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, including role-based access controls, VPN usage, and strong password requirements. All team members are required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) and operate under tightly defined security roles, ensuring least-privilege access to sensitive systems.
Infrastructure and Application Security
Tracklution operates on a secure-by-design infrastructure, including network segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Our engineering team follows secure coding principles and conducts regular code reviews, automated vulnerability scans, and manual security assessments.
We also undergo third-party vulnerability and penetration testing (VAPT) on a recurring basis. These independent audits validate our security posture and are complemented by proactive threat modeling and incident response planning.
Monitoring and Logging
